摘要
研究一种机电控制系统用于HL-36(46)车铣复合数控机床。该系统采用2个4轴PMD控制器,控制多轴运动;嵌入式PC通过ISA总线访问PMD和ATMEL89C51;PC利用DSP的双口存储器交换数据,ATMEL89C51以握手的方式通过双向寄存器与主机交换数据,管理多个开关量数据的输入输出;两个PMD通过同步信号协调工作,最终实现了中低档成本高性能的车铣复合数控功能。
A electromechanical control system which apply on the HL-36 (46) CNC turning-milling complex machine is studied. This system apply two PMD controllers which equipped with 4-axis to control multi-axis motion. The embedded PC visits PMD and ATMEL 89C51 through ISA bus. DSP and PC use the dual-port memory to exchange data. By the way of shaking hands, ATMEL 89C51 exchanges data with the host through a two-way register, manages the multiple input and output switches data. Meanwhile the two PMD correspond with each other by synchronous signal. The system realizes high-performance CNC turning and milling complex functions with middle and low cost.
