摘要
定位企业战略,运用关键成功因素法和企业系统规划法,本文探索了一种IT规划框架模型。模型强调了IT规划与企业战略的一致性,克服了单一方法的不足,并结合企业信息化实际情况,避免了盲目投资和重复投资。
Base on enterprise strategic, a new model of IT planning framework is explored in which the critical success factors (CSF) method and enterprise system planning (BSP) method is applied. This model emphasizes the assignment of IT planning and enterprise stratagem, overcomes disadvantages of single method, avoids blindness and repeat in investment by according to evaluating corporate practice.
