浅谈加强西藏大学师德建设的几点思考

A Brief Discussion on the Construction of Faculty Morality in Tibet University

建设和谐校园,必须切实加强大学生的思想政治教育,坚持全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人。在实践中要更好地整合资源、综合运用各种手段,提升学生思想政治教育的实效,使我校培养出更多靠得住、用的上、留得住的人才。文章从建设和谐校园的要求出发,通过对西藏大学教师育人过程中存在的三个主要问题,有的放矢地提出了如何加强我校全员育人、全过程育人、全方位育人的有效途径。

For the demand of building a harmonious campus, the school needs to enhance students＇ moral education and insist on educating students in the whole course of education with every facet by the whole faculty. The paper discusses the three issues in the, course of education in Tibet University and brings forward some effective ways of how to educate students in the whole course of education with every aspects by the whole faculty.
