高效液相色谱法测定云威灵药材中百里香酚的含量

Determination of thymol in Inula nervosa Wall by HPLC

目的建立云威灵药材中百里香酚的含量测定方法。方法用高效液相色谱法,体积分数为95%的乙醇回流提取,色谱柱Symm etry C18,流动相乙腈-水（体积比65∶35）,检测波长274 nm。结果百里香酚在0.04-1.23 mg（r=0.9999）有良好的线性关系;平均回收率百里香酚99.02%（RSD1.03%）,重复性百里香酚RSD0.88%。结论该方法可靠、便捷,可以作为控制云威灵药材质量的方法。

Objective To establish a quantitative method for determining the content of thymol in Inula nervosa Wall. Method The sample was extracted with 95% ethanol, then analyzed on a C18 column using acetonitrile-water （ 65 ： 35 ） as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was set at 274 nm. Result The linear range of thymoI was 0. 04 - 1.23 mg （ r = 0. 9999） , and the average recovery was 99. 02% （RSD 1.03% ）. Conclusion The method is reliable and rapid for quality control of Inula nervosa Wall.
