摘要
本文首先利用场路结合的方法,对中小型三相异步电动机基本系列的轭部磁场进行了计算,在此基础上对获得的数据做了一系列数学处理,并对《中小型三相异步电动机电磁计算程序》采用的轭部磁路长度校正系数进行了修正.用修正后的新曲线计算的结果与样机的试验值较为符合,可供工程设计使用.用本文编制的空载运行分析程序对六个典型规格的计算结果表明,本文方法还可用于分析其它派生异步电机的空载性能.
In this paper, using the method of combined field-circuit, the magnetic fields in the yoke of three phase asynchronous motors with basic fields are calculated.A series of mathematic handling are done for the calculated datum. Hence, the yoke length correction factors C_1、C_2 from 《The electromagnetic calculation program of middle-small sizes three phase asynchronous motors》 are revised. Compared with the orignal method, the designed datum with the revised are closet to experimantal datum. So the curve cluster may he used to substitute for that of the original.The calculated results of the non-load operating analyzing program edited in the paper for six typical specifications indicate that the suggested method may also be used to analyze the non-load perfomance of other derived asynehronous motors.
