摘要
提出了一种自动测试系统测试适配器前面板端口的设计方法.该方法基于被测设备UUT(UnitUnder Test)数据库模型和仪器模型,以Visual Basic和SQl Server为开发平台,自动完成测试适配器端口设计过程.该过程包括UUT端口的归类、UUT端口向通用端口的映射、测试适配器通用端口数目的确定、UUT端口测点向通用端口触点的映射,最终确定通用端口触点与仪器端口的连接关系.通过该方法生成的适配器前面板端口具有通用性的特点,在实验验证过程中能够适用于不同类型的UUT端口.
This paper presents a method for automatically designing the general interface port of test adapters based on the Unit Under Test (UUT) model and different instrument models. Using the platform of VB and SQL Server, the designing process is divided into four steps: the categorization of UUT ports, the calculation of the number of general interface ports, the mapping from UUT ports to general interface ports and the mapping from the pins of the UUT ports to the pins of the general interface ports. Finally the mapping from the pins of general interface ports to instrument ports is established. The experimental results show that the method can be generally applied to different UUT ports.
