摘要
本文利用毛细管流变仪研究了用偶联剂改性硅灰石粉对软聚氯乙烯(软PVC)体系流动性能的影响.在棱柱状硅灰石粉、碎石状硅灰石粉与碳酸钙三种填料进行对比实验的基础上,得到了对软PVC的流动性能和粘流温度的影响情况,从中可见偶联剂改性硅灰石粉是改善软PVC流动性能和粘流温度的有效途径,并且可以提高填料的用量,从而降低产品的成本.
In this paper, fluidity of soft PVC-wollastonite composites was studied by capillary tube rheometer. Effects of particle shape of wollastonite, wollastonite surfacetreated by titanate coupling agent and content of wollastonite were described. On the basis of comparative tests, active way of amending fluidity of PVC-wollastonite composites aud inereasing filler was gained.
