The order of China's economy marketilization

文章认为，经济市场化的内在最佳顺序能促进经济持续、健康地转变及发展。经济市场化的第一步是财政体制改革，它造就企业市场化运行的能力；第二步则是进行国有企业改革，建立国有企业经营的市场机制。这是国有企业内部环境要解决的两个层次的问题；第三步是从外部促进企业市场化运行，进行金融体制改革。

Abstract The best order of economy marketilization can improve the economy transferring and developing sustainedly and healthfully. The first step for economy marketilization is reforming the fiscal system and strengthening the firms' ability to work in market economy. The second step is reforming the state owned firms and setting up their market operational mechanism. The third step is reforming the financial system and improving the firms' market oriented operation. Only we follow this order to reform our economic system,can we establish a new market oriented economy as fast as possible.
