摘要
本文以上海中星美华村住宅小区为例,浅析了现阶段上海中高档住宅小区智能化系统的应用现状,并反映了技术水平及相关配套情况。
The sample of this article is Shanghai ZhongXing MeiHua village residence, it can analyze and reflect the application situation, technology level and correlative facilities of intelligent system in Shanghai middle ＆ high quality residence in nowadays.
