电针内关、建里治疗抑郁症的临床研究

Treatment of depression with electroacupuncture in Neiguan (PC6) and Jianli (RN11)

目的观察电针内关、建里治疗抑郁症的临床疗效。方法选取门诊及住院轻中度抑郁症患者46例,以内关、建里为主穴进行电针治疗。结果治疗前后自身对照,汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分有显著性差异(P<0.05),总有效率达88.1%。结论电针内关、建里治疗抑郁症有一定疗效且比较安全。

Objective To observe the curative effect of electroacupuncture in Neiguan （PC6） and Jianll （RNll） on depression. Method The patients with hypodepression and subdepression （n=46） were chosen from the out-patient department and wards, and treated with electroacupuncture in Neiguan （PC6） and Jianli （RNll）. Result The results of own control showed that the scores of Hamilton＇s depression scale （HAMD） were different significantly （P〈0.05） before and after the treament. The total effective rate was 88.1%. Conclusion Electroacupuncture in Neiguan （PC6） and Jianli （RNll） for treating depression has a curative effect and is safe.
