摘要
目的探讨荧光素眼底血管造影(fundus fluorescein angiograph,FFA)的护理经验。方法回顾性分析和总结856例FFA检查患者的护理经过。结果本组856例均顺利完成检查。有8例出现不良反应,经治疗和护理后好转。结论做好荧光素眼底血管造影的病情观察和护理,对检查的顺利进行具有积极的作用。
Objective To investigate the adverse reactions and nursing detail in the caring process of fundus fluoreseein angiograph （FFA）. Method Clinical data of 856 patients who had undergone FFA was analyzed retrospectively, including adverse reactions and nursing measure. Results Adverse reactions occurred in 8 of these patients. They were relieved after active treatment. Conclusions Carful observation and nursing are very important for preventing and alleviating adverse reactions in the process of FFA.
