音乐疗法对手术患者焦虑心理的影响及分析

Curative effect of music treatment on improving anxiety in operative patients

目的探讨音乐疗法在手术室中对手术患者的影响。方法选取择期手术患者120名,随机分成两组,每组各60例,一组为采用音乐疗法的观察组,另一组为仅进行常规护理的对照组。采用汉密顿焦虑量表于手术前后调查2组患者自身焦虑程度,并进行比较。结果实施音乐疗法后,观察组患者的焦虑程度明显低于对照组,术后血压、心率的变化也较对照组平稳(均P<0.05)。结论应用音乐疗法可缓解手术患者焦虑心理,减少因手术引起的不利因素,有利于患者的身心健康。

Objective To discuss the effect of music treatment on reducing patients＇ anxiety in the operating room Methods A total of 120 patients who needed to be operated were selected and divided into 2 groups. The observation group received music treatment, and the control group received routine treatment. Before and after the operations, the Hamilton Anxiety Scale （HAMA） was used to compare the changes of the patients＇ anxiety. Results The patients＇ anxiety in the observation group was much more reduced than that in the control group （P〈 0.05）. Patients＇ blood pressure and changes of heart rates in the observation group was more stable than those in the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Music treatment can alleviate patents＇ nervousness and reduce its unfavorable effect, and it is beneficial to patients＇ physical and mental health.
