5种护理干预减轻AMI静滴FDP局部疼痛的效果观察

A observation of the effects of nursing interventions on relieving local pain caused by infusion of FDP in AMI patients

目的:评价5种不同的护理干预减轻患者静滴FDP时局部疼痛的效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的150例患者随机分为5组,对照组给予常规护理,实验组A、B、C、D组分别在常规护理基础上进行酒精湿敷、湿热敷、皮肤按摩、湿热敷及皮肤按摩,在静滴FDP结束时评估疼痛程度。结果:静滴FDP结束时A、B、C、D组的疼痛程度评分低于对照组,D组的疼痛程度评分低于A、B、C组。结论:A、B、C、D组的护理干预能有效减轻患者静滴FDP局部疼痛,D组的护理干预效果优于A、B、C组。

Objective： To evaluate the effects of five kinds of nursing interventions on relieving local pain caused by infusion of FDP in AMI patients. Methods： 150 AMI patients were divided randomly into five groups. Control group was treated with routine nursing. A, B, C , D groups were treated with alcohol wet compress , wet and hot compress, local skin massage, wet and hot compress and local skin massage based on the routine nursing respectively. The pain scores at the end of FDP infusion were recorded. Results： The pain scores of A, B, C, D groups were significantly lower than that of control group and the pain scores of D group were significantly lower than that of A, B, C groups. Conclusion： The nursing intervention of A, B, C, D groups could alleviate the local pain caused by infusion of FDP in AMI patients effectively. The nursing intervention of D group was more effective than A, B, C groups.
