医院辅助人员手卫生知识和行为调查分析

An investigation of secondary care-givers’ hand hygiene knowledge and be- haviors

目的:了解某院辅助人员手卫生知识掌握情况和行为现状。方法:采用问卷调查的方法,对某"三甲"医院的257名辅助人员进行手卫生知识和行为的调查。结果:大多数辅助人员认为洗手对预防医院感染发生有重要的作用;辅助人员对一些常见洗手知识的掌握程度及他们的洗手次数并不理想;影响洗手的因素有很多。结论:促进辅助人员手卫生行为,除了完善相关知识的培训以外,加强手卫生设施的配备亦非常重要。

Objective： This study aimed to describe the hand hygiene knowledge of secondary care-givers and current relating behaviors in a hospital. Methods： 257 secondary care-givers recruited in a top-rank hospital completed a questionnaire regarding the hand hygiene knowledge and behaviors. Results： Most secondary care-givers perceived that hand-washing played an important role in preventing hospital infection. But they had inadequate general hand hygiene knowledge and their hand-washing frequency didn’t meet the standard required. In addition, many factors influencing hand-washing were found. Conclusion： Besides completing hand hygiene knowledge training, increasingly establishing hand hygiene equipments is also very important to facilitate the hand hygiene behaviors of secondary care-givers.
