不同学历护理人员医院感染知识掌握程度调查 被引量:14

摘要 目的:了解不同学历临床护理人员医院感染知识的掌握程度,并采取相应的管理措施,以加强医院感染的预防和控制工作。方法:采用随机抽样的方法,对99名研究对象进行问卷调查,根据学历分为本科组25名,大专组45名,中专组29名。自行设计调查问卷进行现场调查,对问卷进行统计分析。结果:研究对象平均得分(67.7747±7.8735)分,本科组、大专组、中专组所得平均分分别为(73.6000±7.4218)分、(70.0000±7.6545)分和(62.7241±8.6143)分。经比较,本科组和大专组均高于中专组(q分别为10.8759和7.2759,P<0.01,其95%可信区间分别是6.6010~15.1507和3.5459~11.0058,其内均不包含1)。结论:我院护理人员知识总体掌握程度较差;中专护理人员医院感染知识掌握程度明显低于大专、本科护理人员,应加强全体护理人员,特别是中专护士的医院感染知识培训。 Objective: To explore the hospital infection knowledge mastered by nursing staff with different educational background in order to take the corresponding management measure to strengthen the prevention and control work of hospital infection. Methods: 99 nurses ( 25 with undergraduate degree, 45 with college degree and 29 with secondary specialized school degree) were investigated by using random sampling. Results: The average score was 67.7747 ± 7.8735, lower than the national standard (75 ± 5); The scores of undergraduate degree group, college degree group and sec- ondary specialized school degree group were 73.6000 ± 7.4218, 70.000 ± 7.6545 and 62.7241 ± 8.6143 respectively. The score of undergraduate degree group and college degree group was higher than that of secondary specialized school degree group (q was 10.8759 and 7.2759, P was 0.000, its 95% confidence interval were 6.6010~15.1507 and 3.5459~11.0058). Conclusion: The hospital infection knowledge of nursing staff was poor, nurses with secondary specialized school degree mastered less hospital infection knowledge than other nurses. It was necessary to strengthen the hospital infection knowledge training to all nurses, especially nurses with secondary specialized school degree.
