Fully Implementing Energy Conservation and Pollution Reduction and Constructing Resource-saving Society

节能减排是我国"十一五"期间经济健康、协调、可持续发展的重要抓手。笔者系统阐述了我国在大力发展新型清洁能源,建立节能减排激励机制,运用金融市场功能推进节能减排工作等方面所采取的措施,从六个方面对落实节能减排工作的目标提出了对策建议。

Energy conservation and pollution reduction are important starting points for health. Based on a serious analysis of China＇s vigorous development of the new types of dean energy, the establishment of incentive mechanism for energy conservation and pollution reduction,and the use of financial instruments to promote the work of energy conservation and pollution reduction, the authors have given the countermeasures from six aspects.
