试论女性犯罪的特征及其防控

On the Characteristics and Prevention of Female Crime

由于女性与男性在生理因素、心理因素等方面存在差异,故女性犯罪在犯罪类型、心理特征及行为特征等方面呈现出某种特殊性。本文通过实证材料的分析,对女性犯罪的特点及危害进行系统研究,提出有针对性的女性犯罪防控措施,从而有利于建立整体和谐的女性犯罪防控体系。

Because there is difference between women and men in physiological factors and psychological factors, the female crime has the special nature in the types of crime and special psychological characteristics and behavior characteristics, which has become a multidisciplinary research of psychology, sociology, psychiatry, etc.. This thesis will propose targeted female crime prevention and control measures by the analysis of empirical materials, and the systematic research of characteristics and hazards of women, which provide theoretical support to building harmonious female crime prevention and control system.
