国际关系理论的普适性与国别性:一个知识性的梳理

The Universality and Nationality of the Theory of International Relations: A Knowledge Perspective

本文是从知识性的角度讨论国际关系理论的普适性和国别性。作者认为国际关系理论的普适性,主要缘于国际关系研究者创建独立学科的诉求,哲学支撑为现代科学主义。而由于人文学科的特点,又不可避免具有国别性。在此基础上,讨论了其对中国国际关系理论建设的启示。最后,本文对两者间的关系做了思考。

From a knowledge perspective, this article aims to explore the theoretical notions of universality and nationality and their relatinnship in the realm of international relations. Universality, whose philosophical basis is found in modem scientism, mainly stems from the demands of building an independent discipline. But because of the peculiarity of art science, nationality is also an impnrtant charaeteristic of the theory of international relations. Based on these two characteristics, the article discussed the enlightenment they may provide for the construction of the Chinese IR theory. Finally, the author also gives some refleetions nn the relatinnship between universality anti nationality.
