针灸为主治疗小儿脑瘫语言障碍的临床研究

Clinical Research on Treatment of Linguistic Disturbance due to Infantile Cerebral Palsy with Acupuncture Dominantly

目的探讨针灸治疗小儿脑瘫语言障碍的临床疗效。方法将121例脑瘫语言障碍患儿随机分为针灸组和对照组，针灸组采用针灸疗法，对照组采用空白对照，不进行针灸治疗，两组均进行基础康复治疗。结果针灸组明显优于对照组，有显著性差异。结论针灸对脑瘫语言障碍患儿的康复治疗有良效。

Objective Research and analysis on the clinical effect of rehabilitation of linguistic disturbance of child cerebral palsy patients, mainly through the treatment of acupuncture. Methods Effect comparison between the treatments of acupuncture and the only common way of 121 cerebral palsy children. Results The treatment mainly by acupuncture was obvious better than the common one. Conclusions The treatment mainly by acupuncture is one of the effective ways of linguistic disturbance of infantile cerebral palsy, and there are good prospects and special advantages for the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medical Science
