复方卡力孜然酊联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风疗效观察

Observation on the Treatment of Vitiligo with Compound Kali Ziran Tincture combined with narrow-spectrum ultraviolet B

目的观察复方卡力孜然酊联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）照射治疗白癜风的疗效。方法外用复方卡力孜然酊30min后接受NB-UVB照射组与单用NB-UVB照射治疗组进行对照研究。结果3个疗程后，治疗组总有效率为70％，对照组总有效率为46．43％。结论复方卡力孜然酊联合NB-UVB治疗白癜风有效。

Objective To observe the efficacy of compound Kali Ziran tincture combined with narrow-spectrum ultraviolet B in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods All patients were recruited into a treatment group and a control group. The patients in the treatment group were exposed to NB-UVB after treated with compound Kali Ziran tincture for 30 minutes. The patients in the control group were only exposed to NB-UVB for treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was 70% and 46.63% separately. Conclusion Compound Kali Ziran tincture combined with narrow-spectrum ultraviolet B has good effect in treating vitiligo.
