摘要
将马来酸单酯稀土热稳定剂用于PVC自粘保鲜膜中,并对其成膜性、粘附性、透明性、防雾性等进行了研究。结果表明:马来酸单酯稀土热稳定剂能改善PVC的塑化均匀性,提高熔体强度,改善自粘膜的成膜性。采用马来酸单酯稀土热稳定剂的自粘膜为粘附性、防雾性比采用京锡8831要好,而透光性与京锡8831基本相当,因此可以代替昂贵的有机锡热稳定剂在PVC自粘保鲜膜中应用。
Using RETM as a kind of stabilizers for PVC self-adhesive retaining freshness film, and the film forming property, adhesive power, transparency and anti-fog property were studied. The result shows that RETM can improves the plasticizing quality of PVC, can raises the strength of melting and improves the film forming property as well. RETM compares with JingXi-8831, it's adhesive power and anti-fog property is better, and transparency is same around. Then RETM can be substitute for high-priced organictin thermo-stability in PVC self-adhesive retaining freshness film.
