For making the new technique of tension strength testing method have the good and practical value, and avoid causing the large discreteness in the applicatin. So it is necessary, to discuss the confidence interval under the given reliability by using the testing method＇s result. In this paper, I analyze its confidence interval by mathematical statisties.
