摘要
以L-脯氨酸甲酯盐酸盐为原料,通过氨基保护、格氏反应、脱除保护基三步反应合成光学纯化合物(S)-α,α-二苯基-2-吡咯烷甲醇.对脱除保护基团时酰胺水解条件进行了探讨,进一步优化了(S)-α,α-二苯基-2-吡咯烷甲醇的合成条件.
Optically pure (S)-α,α-diphenyl-2-pyrrolidinemethanol was prepared from L-proline methyl ester hydrochloride via the three steps of amino protection, reaction with the Grignard reagents and deprotection of the amino-protected groups. The deprotection mechanism in the hydrolysis of the amido was discussed, and the synthetic conditions of (S)-α,α-diphenyl-2-pyrrolidinemethanol was optimized.
