摘要 研究了硫酸锌对苦荞种子萌发及其生理特性的影响,试验结果表明:一定浓度的硫酸锌浸种有促进苦荞种子萌发的作用,0.05%的硫酸锌效果最好,发芽率可以提高20%,活力指数可以提高28%,对种子脱氢酶和过氧化氢酶的活性也有一定的促进作用.硫酸锌浸种还具有提高苦荞芽产量和品质的作用,浓度为0.05%的硫酸锌可以增产30%,维生素C含量增加9%,黄酮含量增加11%. The effects of ZnSO4 on the germination and physiological indexes of buckwheat were studied. The results showed that the germination of buckwheat seeds soaked by different concentrations of ZnSO4 was improved. ZnSO4 at a concentration of 0.05% increased germination rate by 20% and seed vigor index by 28%; it also improved, to a certain extent, the activities of dehydrogenase and catalase of buckwheat seeds. Seed treatment with ZnSO4 raised the yield and quality of the buckwheat crop. At a concentration of 0.05%, it increased seed yield by 30%, vitamin C content by 9% and the content of flavonoids by 11%.
