心理干预在原因不明性不孕治疗中的应用

Application of psychological intervention in the treatment of unexplained infertility

目的:探讨心理干预在原因不明性不孕治疗中的作用。方法:将405例原因不明性不孕患者按就诊顺序分为实验组202例和对照组203例,两组一般资料比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。对照组应用尿促性素+夫精宫腔内人工授精治疗,实验组在对照组基础上进行心理干预,除了指导患者自身调节外,充分发挥家庭、社会的支持帮助,尽量减少负性情绪对治疗的影响。观察两组的妊娠情况。结果:实验组妊娠率显著高于对照组(P(0.01)。结论:有效的心理疏导能够改善患者的焦虑、抑郁、孤立等心理障碍,对原因不明性不孕患者起明显的辅助治疗作用。

Objective： To explore the effect of psychological interverttion on the treatment of unexplained infertility. Methods ： Four hundred and five woman patients with unexplained infertility were divided into test group （ n = 202 ） and control group （ n = 203 ） in the orders of diagnosis. There was no significant difference in the comparison of general data between the two groups at first （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The patients in control group were treated with HMG and patients in test group were extra given psychological intervention on the basis of routine treatment. The psychological intervention included family and social support, with which negative mood of patients could be eased. The status of pregnancy was compared between the two groups. Results： The ratio of pregnancy in test group was obviously higher than that in control group （P 〈0. 01）. Conclusion： The effective psychological intervention can eliminate patient＇s anxiety, depression and loneliness, which plays an important role in the treatment of unexplained infertility.
