中学体育教师教学自主性结构特征的研究

摘要 本文采用统计和结构模型的方法,研究体育教师教学自主性的结构特征,结果如下:(1)体育教师"教学自主性"是体育教师在学校教育、教学、行为和日常表现准则和基本要求指导下,自觉、主动、积极的从事体育教育教学活动,自主支配自己,并不断改进教学的个性心理特征及行为表现。(2)体育教师教学自主性由自觉性、独立性、自律性、创新性4个维度组成;(3)中学体育教师教学自主性与教龄有显著相关关系;(4)中学体育教师教学独立性和自律性与所教授年级显著相关。根据教师教学自主性特征,有针对性培训以促进教师的成长与发展。 This research adopted the methods of literature review, interview, questionnaire, confirmatory factorial analysis so as to learn their structural character. The results of the research are as follows: (1)In line with school education,teaching,behavior,and routine behavior,the Physical Education (PE) teachers' autonomy in education and teaching are reflected in the teachers' initiative to engage in PE various teaching activities, to make choices on their own and to exert self-control so as to constantly improve their teaching quality. (2)Confirmatory factorial analysis showed that teachers' teaching autonomy consists of four factors: consciousness, independence, self-discipline and innovativeness. (3) There is a marked connection between middle school PE teachers' autonomy and their length of service.(4) There is a close relationship between middle school PE teachers' autonomy and the grades they teach. Through train is aimed at that we can enhance PE teachers of the growing up and development.
