新型杀蟑螂药硫氟酰胺的药效评估

Efficacy Evaluation of New Type of Roachcide-sulnuramid

目的：对新型杀蟑螂药－硫氟酰胺进行药效评估。方法：在玻璃柜内投放毒饵，观察试虫死亡情况。结果：对德国小蠊的LT50为1．8天，对美洲大蠊为4．5天，两者被击倒后72小时死亡率均为100％；现场投饵后第8天，蟑螂密度下降94％以上。结论：该药安全，使用万便，灭蟑效果好。

The paper reported the kill effect of a new type of insecticide Sulfuramid Bait against two kinds of cockroaches. Because of its unique mechanism, the Sulfulramid had a good efficacy when resistance of conventional insecticide had increased. The lab test showed, the I,T50 of Sulflurarmid Bait was 1' 8 days against Blattella germanica, and 4. 5 days against Periplaneta americana. The 72 hrs mortality after been knocked down was l00 %. The field test showed that the density of cockroaches decreased 94 % after fed the bait. It is safe and convenient to use and a good efficacy would be obtained.
