摘要 随着国家环保部门对电厂烟气排放指标的考核和监督越来越严格,电厂正进行大规模的脱硫系统改造或新建工程,增压风机是机组锅炉、脱硫烟气排放系统的重要设备,其调节性能和节能改造一直为电厂所关注和重视,近年高压变频器技术已经逐步成熟完善,产品价格也大幅下降,增压风机已经具备变频改造的条件,在改造中如何保证高压变频系统的安全运行,提高机组辅机运行可靠性及系统可利用率,是本文探讨的目的。 As the state environmental protection department of the power plant flue gas emission targets more and more strict examination and supervision, is a large-scale power plant desulfurization system modification or new construction, the booster fan unit boilers, flue gas desulfurization system of emissions important equipment, its regulatory functions and the energy-saving plant transformation has been the concern and attention, in recent years, high voltage inverter technology has been improving gradually matured, product prices also declined substantially, booster fan with variable frequency has been the transformation of the conditions in the transformation of how to ensure that the high voltage inverter system security operations and increase auxiliary units operating system reliability and availability, is the purpose of this study.
