摘要
2005年11月份邯郸钢铁厂8万煤气柜外送煤气加压机采用高压变频技术改造。其原因是该加压机外送量波动较大,采用普通阀门调节打回流,将会浪费大量电能,采用变频技术改造后,节能效果非常明显。
Variable Frequency Technical improvement for the coal gas Pressure Boost Machine of the 80,000 cubic meter-Gas Cabinet in Handan Iron and Steel factory was completed in Nov. 2005. The amount of the gas sent by the Pressure Boost Machine varies greatly, a lot of energy will be wasted if we adopt the general method of adjusting the reflux valve. But the result of energy saving is obvious after installing the Variable Frequency Technology.
