本文简要介绍了负载分配技术以及应用西门子6SE70变频器实现负载分配技术的方法,简单介绍了其中一种负载分配方法在济钢KR的应用。在实际生产中应用负载分配技术既减少了设备故障率,提高了生产效率.又大量减少电机的损耗,节约了设备维修费用。

This paper introduces the Load Sharing technology and the way how to use 6SE70 inverter（Siemenc） in the Load Sharing technology. It also introduces the method which use the technology in KR of JiGang Group. In practical production, using Load Sharing technology can decrease the rate of failure and increase efficiency of produce. It also can decrease the amount of the consumed motor and save the fare for servicing.
