摘要
150 m3/min三级压缩的Ingersoll-Rand空气压缩机组冷却器设计最高值仅32℃,不能满足现场运行条件,对冷却器结构进行了性能提升改造,实施后取得了很好的检验效果。
The design maximum value of cooler for three-level compressed Ingersoll- Rand air compressor of 150 m^3/min was only 32℃, which could not meet the needs of running condition in-situ. Characteristic upgrading and reconstruction of the cooler structure were carried out. Satisfactory checking effects were achieved after the reconstruction.
