摘要
为了使商业银行进行公司贷款合理定价取得市场竞争优势,通过对商业银行公司贷款定价背景、原则和因素分析,利用帕累托效率和帕累托改进理论,建立了商业银行公司贷款定价模型,提出商业银行公司贷款定价必须把商业银行的基本需求、短期目标和长期利益以及市场供求关系有机地结合起来,最终实现贷款定价帕累托最优。
To make the commercial bank obtain market competitive superiority in fixing reasonable loan price, through analyzing the background of commercial bank loan price, principles and elements, by using Pareto effciency and Pareto improvement theory, a model of commercial bank price loan＇s built putting forward that the commercial bank must combine the basic demands, short-term objects, long- term benefits and market supply and demand relation, when the commercial bank fixes loan price,making the Pareto optimization of loan price.
