摘要
用造血祖细胞体外培养方法观察G-CSF和GM-CSF对36例MDS患者造血相细胞的作用,结果发现:①MDS患者CFU-E、CFU-GM明显低于非血液病对照患者;②RA型患者CFU-GM数量明显低于RAEB、RAEB-T型;③G-CSF和GM-CSF体外可明显刺激非血液病对照患者和MDS患者CFU-GM数量增加,在一定范围内作用与剂量呈正相关;④患者自身的CFU-GM增殖能力愈差,对小剂量G-CSF或GM-CSF的反应愈差,但大剂量时这种差异不明显。以上结果提示G-CSF和GM-CSF可成为治疗MDS伴粒细胞减少的有效药物。
In vitro effects of G-CSF and GM-CSF on CFU-GM and CFU-E of 36 patients with myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) were observed by culture of hemopoietic progenitor cells. The results showed: (1 ) The CFU-GM and CFU-E of patients with MDS were significantly lower than those of the control; (2) The numbers of CFU-GM of patients with RA type were significantly lower than those with RAEB or RAEB-T tpyes; (3) The numbers of CFU-GM of patients and control were significantly increased after being stimulated with G-CSF and GM-CSF in vitro, and the stimulating effect had a parallel relationship with the doses of G-CSF and GM-CSF within certain limits; (4) The worse the proliferation ability of CFU-GM of the patients, the worse the response of them to low doses of G-CSF or GM-CSF. However, the relationship was not significant when the high doses of G-CSF or GM-CSF were administered. The above-mentioned results indicated that G-CSF and GM-CSF might be effective drugs for MDS accompanied with neutropenia.
