摘要
[目的]建立苯胺灵在蔬菜、水果中残留量的检测方法。[方法]利用气质联用仪,样品采用乙酸乙酯或乙腈提取,经活性炭SPE小柱净化,GC-MS检测,以保留时间、选择离子和外标法定性、定量,选择离子为120,137(Q),179。[结果]该方法的最低检出限为0.005 mg/kg,不同水平的加标回收率范围为80.9%~111.1%,RSD(n=5)为2.1%~11.2%。[结论]方法操作简便,净化效果理想,能满足残留分析的要求,可用于蔬菜、水果中苯胺灵残留量的测定。
A method for the determination of propham in 6 agricultural products was developed using solid-phase extraction-gas chromatography-MS. Propham was extracted with ethyl acetate/acetonitrile and eluted with acetone/n-hexane(1/ 2, V/V), A SPE column (ENVI-Carb 0.25g,3ml) with 0.5g acid aluminum oxide on the top of the cartridge wasused in this study. Mean recoveries of the analytes, depending on the matrices and spiked concentration, ranged from 80.9 to 111.1% with relative standard deviations (R.S.D.) ranging from 2.1 to 11.2%. With the proposed conditions, the limit of quantitation (LOQ) was 0.005mg/kg, respectively. The method was applied successfully to the analysis of field samples.
