摘要
目的了解卫生职业技术学院学生心理健康状况及人格特征,为开展学生心理健康教育提供科学依据。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和艾森克人格问卷(成人版)对青海卫生职业技术学院658名学生进行测试。结果学生心理问题检出率为5.3%。在SCL-90各因子上的得分均显著低于全国常模。不同性别、不同民族、不同年级学生SCL-90某些因子的得分有差异。不同性别、不同民族学生EPQ某些分量表的得分有差异。内外倾和掩饰性与SCL-90各因子呈负相关,而神经质、精神质与SCL-90各因子呈正相关。结论卫生职业技术学院学生存在一定程度的心理问题。应采取有效措施,加强心理健康教育。
Objective To study the status of mental health and personality characteristics among students in Health Vocational and Technical College, and to provide scientific evidence for their mental health education. Methods By Symptom Checklist 90 (SCL- 90) and Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ, adult version), 658 students were investigated. Results The detection rate of mental problems was 5.3 %. Students got significantly lower scores of all factors than those of national norm. There were several differences of SCL- 90 scores in certain factors in different sex, different nationalities, different grades students. There were several differences of EPQ scores in certain sub-scales in different sex, different nationalities students. Their SCL- 90 scores correlated with EPQ- E, EPQ- 1 negatively and EPQ- N, EPQ - P positively. Conclusion The situation of psychology were correlated with personality. Mental health education and consultation should be strengthened.
