P27基因在口腔癌组织中的表达及其意义

Expression of p27 Genes in Oral Carcinoma Tissues and Its Clinical Significance

目的探讨肿瘤抑制基因p27在口腔癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学方法(SP法)检测p27基因在62例口腔癌组织和20例正常口腔黏膜组织中的表达。结果62例口腔癌组织中,p27的阳性表达率为38.7(24/62);p27的阳性表达与口腔病灶大小、临床分期、细胞分化程度、转移及预后有密切关系(P<0.01或P<0.05);与患者年龄无关(P>0.05)。结论p27基因的表达与口腔癌的生长、浸润及淋巴结转移有关,其表达水平的高低可作为判断口腔癌预后的重要指标之一。

[ Objective] To explore the expression of p27 genes in oral carcinoma tissues and its clinical significance. [ Methods] SP method was applied to detect the expression of p27 genes in the tissues of 62 cases of oral carcinoma and 20 healthy people. [ Re- suits]The positive rate of p27 expression in oral carcinoma tissues was 38.7% （24/62）, which was closely related with the carci- noma size, clinical stage, lymphnode metastasis and prognosis （ P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05 ）, but had no relationship with the patients′ age （ P 〉0.05 ）. [ Conclusion]The expression of p27 genes is correlated with the growth and soakage of oral carcinoma and lymph- node metastasis, the expression level can be applied as an important index for the judgment of oral carcinoma prognosis.
