摘要
杭州市某氨纶生产企业以干法纺丝工艺生产氨纶,其废水具有高总氮、低氨氮、低COD的特点。在此采用UASB-A/O处理工艺对该厂的废水进行处理,UASB为中温运行,COD在有机负荷2kg/(m3·d)运行中,其去除率达到90%左右,A/O段主要用于去除厌氧后由总氮转化来的氨氮,系统总出水主要指标都能稳定达到国家一级排放标准。该工艺运行稳定,为氨纶生产企业的废水处理提供了一条途径。
