舒适护理在内镜下胃造瘘术中的应用

目的应用舒适护理以提高内镜下胃造瘘术的成功率、减少术后并发症和增加病人的满意度。方法对35例经内镜下行胃造瘘术的患者在术前、术中和术后给予舒适护理措施。结果手术成功率100％，术后营养恢复良好，并发症发生率为2．86％，病人满意度较提供常规护理时明显提升。结论舒适护理对提高PEG术的成功率、病人满意度及减少术后并发症有积极作用。

Results Of surgical success rate of 100 percent, a good recovery after nutrition, the complication rate was 2.86%. Patient satisfaction than providing routine care improved significantly. Conclusion PEG comfort care to improve the success rate of patient satisfaction and reduce postoperative complications have a positive effect.
