重症脑血管病人急性期的护理探讨

目的通过观察急性期脑血管病人的，临床特点，总结出对重症脑血管病人的护理方法，有利于为患者作出更准确、更有效的护理。方法护理人员认真做好患者的生活护理、心理护理及其家属的配合工作，严密观察患者的神志、瞳孔、生命体征的变化；加强无菌操作，预防发生护理并发症。结果107例患者中，11例患者由于出血量过大而死亡，91例顺利进入恢复期，各种功能得到不同程度的恢复。结论准确及时提供有效的护理措施，能使其顺利进入恢复期，对提高重症脑血管病人的抢救成功率有着重要的意义。

Objective To observe the clinical trait of the severe cerebrovascular disease patients in acute stage and to summarize the nurse technique, It was propitious to more exact and effective nuse for the patients. Methods The life and psychology nurse was carried out successfully by the earnest nurse, and the nurse cooperated with the family numbers, the patients senses, pupils and vital signs changes was observed. Asepsis operation was strengthened to prevent nurse complications. Results In 102 patients, ll patients expired because of plentiful cerebral haemorrhage, 91 patients entered the convalescence stage successfully, their function was resumed in different degrees. Conclusion The exact and effective nurse measure was supplied, the severe cerebrovascular disease patients can entered the convalescence stage successfully. It is important for the severe cerebrovascular disease patients to improve the successful salvage.
