摘要 阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)是一种神经系统退行性疾病,自由基损伤在发病机理中起重要作用。本文综述AD自由基的产生机制,以及AD与氧应激的关系。探讨阿魏酸与金属螯合剂的抗氧化作用,为治疗AD提供一种新思路。 Alzheimer's disease is a kind of neuro-degenerative play important role in its pathogenesis, Review on production diseases, free radical damage may mechanism of free radical and the the relationship between Alzheimer's disease and oxidative stress.
