IS09000 application in standardizing hand hygiene management for infection department

目的规范手卫生管理，落实手卫生制度，提高医务人员的无菌观念和自我保护意识。方法引入1809000质量管理标准，建立标准化、规范化的手卫生措施，采用过程控制、强制性干预措施、终末质量效果监测等原则规范手卫生。结果医务人员接触病人前后洗手率达95％，洗手时间为15s达92％，掌握七步洗手法为91％，手卫生效果细菌监测合格率达93％。结论通过应用IS09000质量管理体系，强化医务人员手卫生意识，使医务人员掌握洗手在保护患者预防外源性感染中的重要作用，确保病人有良好的就医安全环境。

Objective To standards hand hygiene management, implement hands and health system, increase medical staff in the sterile concept and awareness of self-protection. Methods IS09000 quality management standard was introduced to establish standardized measuresof hand hygiene, use of process control, mandatory interventions, the quality of terminal monitoring the effect of the principles of hand hygiene norms. Results Medical personnel wash their hands before and after contact with patients was 95%, time to wash their hands for 15 to 92% S, master the sevenstep hand-washing method was 91%, hand monitoring health effects of bacteria pass rate of 93%. Conclusions Awareness of medical staff was strengthened in hand hygiene andmedical staff have to wash their hands in the protection of patients in the prevention of infection an important role in ensuring that the patients have a good security environment for medical treatment through the application of IS09000 quality management system.
