高校毕业生就业特点及其变化趋势

An Empirical Study on Employment Characteristics and Changing Trend of Graduates in China

本文利用2003年、2005年和2007年三次全国高校毕业生的抽样调查数据,从就业落实率、就业起薪、就业分布、就业影响因素、求职过程和结果等方面进行统计分析,在归纳和总结我国高校毕业生就业特点与变化趋势的基础上,提出了相应的政策建议。

Based on national scale graduate survey data sets conducted in 2003, 2005 and 2007, this paper has given a statistic comparative analysis on rate of placement, starting salary, distribution, impact factor of job searching, method of job searching, and the level of job satisfaction. This paper aims at the employment characteristic and changing trend of graduates in China, and some policy suggestions has been raised on basis of empirical results.
