大面积紫外线照射对犬动脉血栓模型促溶解效应的观察

Thrombolytic Effect of Ultraviolet with Larger Irradiation Area on Canine Femoral- Arterial Thrombus Models

摘要 目的:探讨紫外线(UV)对血栓的效应。方法:26只健康成年犬被随机分为四组,复制股动脉血栓模型后。UV+尿激酶(UK)组和UK组(各8只)即静脉0.14万U/min点滴UK,同时UV+UK组还行胸腹部UV 800 cm^2、447.72 mJ/cm^2照射1次;UV组(5只)只同法照射UV,不用UK;对照组(5只)既不用UK也不照UV。观察各组血栓溶解情况。结果:血栓溶通率对照组为0/5,UV组0/5,UK组4/8,UV+UK组7/8;残余血栓湿重UV组明显轻于对照组,UV+UK组明显轻于UK组(P<0.01);血栓溶通时间UV+UK组较UK组缩短(P<0.01);溶通血栓所用UK剂量UV+UK组低于UK组(P<0.01)。结论:强红斑量UV大面积照射具有促溶栓效应;联合用UK并UV照射可产生协同溶栓效应。 Objective: To elucidate thrombolytic effect of ultraviolet(UV) irradiation on skins. Methods: Twenty sixhealthy adult dogs were randomly divided into 4 groups. Immediately after femoral arterial thrombus models being formed, UV + urokinase(UK) and UK groups (each n=8) were intravenously 1400U/min administered with UK, while UV + UK group receiving 800cm^2, 447.72 mJ/cm^2 UV irradiation on thoracoabdominal skins once as well; UV group(n=5) were irradiated in the same way as UV + UK group, without UK administration; and control group got neither UK - nor UV - treatment. Then thrombolytic status in each group was observed finally. Results: 24 hours post experiment, successfully thrombolytic rates of control, UV, UK and UV + UK groups were 0/5, 0/5, 4/8 and 7/8, respectively, with UV group having significantly lower wet weights of residual thrombuscs than control group, and UV + UK group lower than UK group (P<0.01); besides, thrombolytic time of UV + UK group showed shorter than that of UK group(P<0.01), with UV + UK group using less UK dosage needed to successful thrombolysis than UK group(P<0.01). Conclusion: UV irradiation, with dosage of strong erythema reaction and larger irradiation area upon canine thoracoabdominal skins has thrombolytic effect, and combined applications of UV irradiation and urokine administration produces significant cothrombolytic function.
