摘要
目的:借助磁场激活免疫机制,抑制肿瘤的生长。方法:采用双抗体夹心ELISA法及MTT法对荷瘤小鼠磁疗前后细胞因子(IL_1、IL_6、IL_8)的含量进行观测,并对其抑瘤作用进行研究。结果:磁场作用于瘤鼠脾区具有促进IL_1、IL_8产生,抑制IL_6及瘤细胞增殖的作用。尤以旋转磁场的作用更显著,与非磁疗组相比P<0.01,有非常显著性差异。结论:磁疗具有调节瘤鼠白细胞介素产生及抗肿瘤作用。
Objective: To observe antitumor effect by aid of magnetic field on immulogieal mechanism. Methods: Double antibody sandwich enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and MTT test were used to measure the effect of magnetic field on IL-6, IL- 8 and IL- 1 in tumor- bearing mice. Results: Magnetic field acted on spleen region, promoting IL - 1 and IL - 8 production, suppressing IL - 6 production and tumor proliferation rotating magnetic field group compared with control group showed very significant changes (P<0.01). Conclusion: Magnetic field has regulating effect of interleukin production and antitumor action.
