糖尿病患者及其配偶生活质量的影响因素

Influential Factors for the Quality of Life of the Diabetes Patients and Their Spouses

目的了解糖尿病患者及其配偶的生活质量及其影响因素。方法选择西安市某综合性医院内分泌科就诊的门诊和住院糖尿病患者60例,均经空腹血糖测定及糖耐量试验确诊,其配偶均排除糖尿病。应用SF-36量表作为调查工具。结果糖尿病患者配偶的生理功能、生理职能、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康评分均明显高于患者(P<0.01),躯体疼痛评分低于患者(P<0.01);多元线性逐步回归分析显示,糖尿病患者生活质量的影响因素有病程、年龄、空腹血糖和经济收入。糖尿病患者配偶的生活质量与年龄、性别和经济收入有关。结论糖尿病患者配偶的生活质量好于患者。病程长、年龄大、空腹血糖高和经济收入低的患者生活质量差;年龄大、女性、家庭经济收入低的配偶生活质量差。

[ Objective] To learn the quality of life of the diabetes patients and their spouses and its influence factors. [ Methods] 60 diabetes inpatients and outpatients were collected from the department of endocrinology in a hospital; determination was made on their fasting blood-glucose and glycose tolerance ; their spouses were proved to be free from diabetes ; SF-36 scale was used as the tool for the investigation. [ Results] The scores of the physical functioning, physical limitations, general health status, vitality, social functioning, emotional limitations and mental health of the spouses were significantly higher than that of the patients （ P 〈 0.01 } , the spouses＇ score of bodily pain was lower than that of the patients （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; the multiple linear stepwise regression analysis indicated that the influential factors for the diabetes patients＇quality of life were period of illness, age, fasting blood-glucose and economic income; the life quality of the patients＇spouses was related with their age, sex and economic income. [ Conclusion] The life quality of the patients＇ spouses is better than that of the patients ; the life quality is low among the patients who have long period of illness, old age, high fasting blood-glucose and low economic income, while the life quality of the patients＇spouses is low under the condition of old age, female and low economic income.
