摘要
目的:通过眼底检查,高血压病人能够被早期诊断、早期预防和早期治疗。方法:应用微机眼底血管图像诊断系统对正常人和高血压病患者的眼底微血管网络参数进行了定量测定分析。结果:高血压病患者跟底血管的多项指标与正常对照组相比有显著性差异,其中以视网膜动静脉交叉处静脉锥度改变(2.06~3.47倍)最为明显。结论:说明自动图像分析系统获得的形态计量学参数和光学参数可为眼底血管变化在高血压分期中的应用,提供定量、客观的评价指标,并且反映高血压各期在参数上的差异程度。
Objective: Hypertensives can be early diagnosed, prevented and cured by means of non- invasive inspection of ocular fundus. Methods: Computerized image analysis system of ocular fundus was used to quantitatively analyse morphological and optical changes of retinal vessel networks of hypertensive patients and normotensives. Results: Multiple indices of ocular fundns in hypertensive patients showed significant differences in comparison with normotensives, the most significant item was verous cone angle of A- V crossing (2.06~3.47 times). Conclusion: Morphometric parameters and optical paramters obtained by image processing system could be used as the detective indices of clinical classification of hypertension and reflect difference in morphometric parameters and optical parameters of hypertension phases.
