摘要
目的:研究内耳听器螺旋韧带及听弦的超微结构。方法:应用超薄切片法对7例豚鼠内耳做了透射电镜观察。结果发现:①螺旋韧带由韧带细胞、韧带纤维及均质性的基质组成;韧带细胞具有合成韧带纤维蛋白的超微结构特征;构成韧带纤维的原纤维有粗细二种,粗原纤维无横纹,纵行排列,细原纤维呈网络状分布其间。②听弦的超微结构与韧带纤维类似。结论:①韧带纤维可能由韧带纤维合成蛋白前体,然后胞吐于细胞外,再装配成原纤维;②韧带纤维及听弦也应有分子更新;③上述纤维都未见横纹,故认为与胶原纤维不属同一类型蛋白。
Objective: To explore ultrastructural characteristics of spiral ligament and auditory string in internal ear. Methods: Internal ear of 7 normal adult guinea pigs were observed by ultrathin section and transmission electron microscopy. Results: ① The spiral ligament consisted of ligament cell, ligament fiber and homogcneousmatrix. Ligament cell had distinctive ultrastruetural features for synthesizing fibrous protein of spiral ligament; ② The ultrastructure of auditory string was similar to that of ligament fiber. Conclusion: ① Ligament fibrogen might be synthesized by ligament cell and then exoeytocyzed to intercellar space for further assembling to fibrils; ② Ligament fiber and auditory string ought to have molecular regeneration; ③ Cross striation was not found in all the above mentioned fibers, suggesting that the fibers were not identical type. with collagen fiber.
