微量激素替代与抗抑郁药物治疗妇女更年期症状及情感障碍的临床对比

The effect contrast of hormone replacement and antidepressant drug therapy for menopause

目的:激素替代治疗与抗抑郁药物对更年期症状和情感障碍的疗效对比研究。方法:共90例门诊就诊的表现中度以上更年期症状合并情感障碍的病人,分为激素替代治疗组、舍曲林治疗组和安慰剂对照组,结果对比研究的评定方法采用症状自评法、综合医院焦虑/抑郁(HAD)情绪测定量表和汉密尔顿-抑郁量表。结果:更年期血管运动症状比较,雌激素治疗组明显好于抗抑郁药组,雌激素对抑郁及焦虑症状有部分缓解,治疗前后有显著差异,但抗抑郁药物治疗组明显好于雌激素治疗组。结论:抗抑郁药物对更年期症状及所合并的情感症状有明显疗效。

Objective： To observe the different effect between HRT and antidepressant therapy. Memoos： lnere were clinical patients with climacteric symptoms and mood disorder were assigned into tree groups ①HRT group, ②sertraline group and ③control group separatively. The patients were assessed by symptom judging, hospital anxiety and depression scale （HAD） and Hamilton scale. Results： The effect of estrin treatment was better than antidepressant in somatization symptoms. The effect of the antidepressant on mood symptoms were much better. Conclusion： Antidepressant drugs have significant effect on menopause women with mood disorder.
