改良细胞离心涂片法在检测宫颈液基细胞学P16^(INK4 a)中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的评价用细胞离心涂片机制作宫颈液基细胞涂片检测P16INK4 a在宫颈病变中的诊断价值及临床意义。方法用改良细胞离心涂片法(cytospin)和液基薄层制片法(Thinprep,TP)分别进行免疫细胞化学检测10例TCT标本中P16INK4 a的表达。结果改良cytospin法和TP法免疫细胞化学染色P16INK4 a表达结果相似,背景清晰,信号强度基本相同,定位准确。结论改良cytospin法优于TP法行免疫细胞化学染色。
