福州市中小学教师卫生服务需求分析

An Analysis of the Health Service Requirements for Elementary and Middle School Teachers in Fuzhou

目的：分析福州市中小学教师的医疗服务需求与利用及其影响因素。方法：用慢性病患病率和二周患病率指标来描述中小学教师医疗服务需求量，用二周每千人卧床数和卧床日数、二周每千人休工人数和休工日数指标来反映教师疾病严重程度，用就诊率反映教师对医疗服务的利用情况。结果：福州市中小学教师的慢性病患病率和二周患病率分别为60。06％和44．32％；二周每千人卧床人数为21．76和卧床日数为59．84；二周就诊率为74．46％。结论：中小学教师医疗服务需求量大，但疾病严重程度不高，影响二周就诊率的主要因素是年龄和就医条件。

Objective: To study the health srervice requirements and utilization of elementary and middle school teachers inFuzhou.Methods:The morbidity of chronic diseases and the morbidity of diseases in two weeks were used to indicate the healthservice requirements The number of persons staying in bed or suspending from work and the number of days they suspended fromwork or stayed in bed in two weeks were used to show state of illness Results:The morbidiity of chronic diseases and themorbidity of diseases in two weeks were 60.06% and 44. 32% respectively The number of persons staying in bed and themumber of days they stayed in bed per thousand persons in two weeks were 21 .76% and 59.84% .The rate of the health serviceutilization in two weeks was 74.46%. Conclusions :The teachers had a higher requirement,but they were not seriously ill. Themajor factors affecting health service utilization were age and convenience for seeing doctor .
